The Branch Teller I (or II) is responsible for assisting members in the completion of financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, transfers, payments and other related transactions. Delivering member delight by addressing member concerns and questions while adhering to all credit union policies and procedures and ensuring the security of all transaction and member information.
As a Branch Manager I, this developmental position offers a unique opportunity to enhance leadership skills while being mentored by an experienced Branch Manager. The role plays a pivotal part in driving the success of the branch by ensuring exceptional member experiences, leading innovative business development initiatives, and managing day-to-day operational activities. The Branch Manager I collaborates closely with the Branch Manager to set and achieve ambitious branch goals. The E-Marketing Specialist brings the Logix brand personality to life in email communications and is responsible for day-to-day operation of that critical program. Writing compelling, error-free copy, designing or commissioning quality supporting graphics, and embedding appropriate calls to action to create trackable sales activity and a positive brand experience are important hallmarks of this position. The position will also support other list-based and/or targeted promotions such as automated marketing workflows, automated member engagement campaigns, and limited personalization activities.
Reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor Sr. carries out the duties and responsibilities as dictated by professional standards and contributes to the Credit Union’s mission by serving a junior leadership role in the Internal Audit department. The Internal Auditor Sr. performs auditor-in-charge duties on engagements, completes higher-risk audit testing, and acts as an interim department leader when senior leadership is unavailable. Additionally, the Internal Auditor Sr. serves in a liaison role for department interactions with external auditors, regulators, officials, co-sourced internal audit partner, and other stakeholders.
Under minimal supervision, Project Manager III leads and ensures the successful delivery and management of complex, single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management.
