The Branch Service Manager I position is responsible for supervising branch tellers to deliver superior member service, consistently process transactions accurately, consistently offer members beneficial products and services and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
The Loan Resolution Counselor notifies or locates customers with late stage (50+ days) delinquency loans or negative share accounts and attempts to secure payment or evaluate for repossession or charge-off. Evaluates and makes recommendations for settlements, foreclosure, repossession, deficiency balances and charge offs. Assists members and internal customers with review and approval of Courtesy Pay limits in accordance with Policy and Procedure.
