People Systems Analyst I-Hybrid

The People Systems Analyst I is responsible for maintaining the core Human Resources systems and supporting the development and implementation of system improvements. This role maintains documentation on day-to-day administration of the Human Resource systems and process updates.

• Provides tier 1 troubleshooting support to Logix employees and identifies system issues to teammates and HR management. Utilize vendor support and communities to gather more information and provide potential solutions to PSD team.
• Reviews case management for new cases and responds to user requests for basic support and system issues while ensuring proper documentation is available for audit. Responsible for escalating support needs to other team members.
• Acts as a back-up to HR data entry as needed.
• Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and provides training to employees on new processes/functionality as needed.
• Works with the HR division to maintain the division SharePoint sites and development of new pages as needed.
• Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HR system updates and releases.
• Provides training support to system users, ensuring they can effectively use HR core systems.
• Assists department manager in maintaining and requesting vendor management documentation.
• Assists in gathering the required information for research, audits, and data collection requests.
• Assists in the implementation of HR technology feature improvements and acts as an assistant in HR technology projects.
• Assists in system and process improvement projects by documenting discussions, next steps and action items. Works to update procedures and system documentation based on meetings and project outcomes.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline experience preferred.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in HRIS or related technology field.
• 0-1 year of experience of fundamental project management practices.
