Experience

- Preferred Years of Experience: 4
- Comments: Must have at least 2+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
- Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced high performance recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle average requisition load of 15-25 consistently.
- Proven experience with Web 2.0 recruitment techniques.
- Hands on experience with using a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- AIRS Certification preferred
- Use existing tools/processes to solve tasks/issues assigned to them.
