- Comments: Must have at least 0-3 years of financial institution experience in a customer service role with a working knowledge of products, operations & regulations.

- Superior oral & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Exceptional customer service skills & a desire to deliver service that delights
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and implement effectively
- Proven ability to gather and analyze data
- Previous RE Loan Processing & experience using, DU, and Prime Alliance preferred.
- Learn and discover existing tools and processes to apply them along with their academic knowledge to achieve simple tasks.
