Leads the social media execution of emergency response communications.
• Curates or directly creates content which educates and persuades the public about the benefits of
financial services offered by Logix, reduces the instance of fraud by educating members, and
reduces call volume by informing the public.
• Manages a >$100k social media vendor/budget to ensure each Logix branch and channel has
individualized custom content created on a frequently recurring basis.
• Increases staff participation in social media by developing various marketing programs, including
budget, procurement, and distribution of prizes.
• Develops one social media liaison per branch and manages monthly distribution of awards to
participants.
• Utilizes best practices in content optimization to ensure the highest probability a recipient will
increase their financial relationship with Logix.
• Understands complex financial topics and communicates them to the public with brevity,
appropriate humor, and transparency.
• Endears the Logix brand to the public by posting meaningful content to the blog, website, and
social media and interacting when appropriate.
• Maintains awareness of cultural trends to help the Logix brand maintain relevant.
• Proofreads all published material to ensure accuracy.
• Researches and provides statistical comparisons against industry standard as well as Logix
benchmarks to ensure sales performance of Logix is always improving.
• Works with Compliance department to meet compliance and regulatory guidelines for all
communications.
• Uses HubSpot or equivalent software to ensure consistent messaging across a variety of
touchpoints.
